That day and the age in which we live I think at some point in time that we eat something that is high in cholesterol or fall into a bad diet. I think it is simply impossible to eat healthy all the time and never run away and can be a bad idea to try to escape forever. While eating healthy for your heart is something that everyone should do, we all stumble. If you’ve eaten all our unhealthy lives, eating healthy is something we can do to restore our health to a healthy state and reduce heart attacks and strokes before it’s too late.
How do foods and fats affect our hearts?
We know for sure that foods high in saturated fats increase cholesterol in our bodies and also increase the risk of heart disease and heart attacks. We also know that obese people are more prone to heart disease and sodium can irritate the situation to help increase a person’s blood pressure even faster.
We also know that a person can be thin and appear as but not fit in and have their arteries clogged and even professional athletes are not immune to clogged arteries, which subjects them also have a stroke or A heart crisis.
What can we do to improve our health and prevent heart disease?
Choose healthy fats and oils is a good start
Saturated fats increase heart disease several times. It is found in a variety of foods that are commonly consumed today. Some of these foods include meat, butter, and even coconut oil. Should we avoid these foods forever? I say no, we do not need but we must avoid them until we have our bodies under control and lose all the weight you need to lose and we must practice self-control and moderation.
Oils with mono-unsaturated fats such as olive oil will help protect your heat even if they are high in calories. It is ideal for putting in a salad or used as a cooking oil and even garlic bread sauce.
We could even choose to go a little further and cook our food instead of frying the oil. Our vegetables and steam could keep some of the nutrients they normally lose.
