The Raw Food Diet: A Complete Introduction

I’ve only been a crudivore since January 2000. I explain here what the raw food diet and how you can start eating.

What is the raw food diet?

People who follow a raw food diet eat 100% raw materials, uncooked foods. There are many people who find it a bit difficult (often for social reasons), so they opt for a raw diet of 75 to 99%. My diet is so different from SUKD. I base my recipes on the following foods:

Algae, sometimes frozen or compressed into tablets
I personally pays special attention to super foods like maca, wheatgrass, goji berries, raw chocolate, chlorella, spirulina, seaweed and others.

The raw food diet is the oldest diet in the world. It is the only system for all species in the world except humans and the animals they eat. This is the last of the fast food diet – just come and go! There are more frying pans or toxic chemicals for cleaning the oven.

It is expensive?

The reality is that your health is not something that should decrease. It can be expensive to buy organic organic food, but if you are smart, it does not have to be. Think of the growth of buds in the window for a few cents. Remember to plant fruit trees, growing vegetables, food. I know people from all backgrounds who live there seem easy simply because they are resourceful and use raw foods in their lives because they love the benefits. I also know people who use every excuse under the sun do not eat raw, even if they say they want to! Money is just one of these excuses, if you want to eat raw, you will.
